To qualify to become a TMP Mortgage Consultant, you will need the following:

2 years experience originating loans, with the ability to generate and submit quality loan applications

Ability to settle 3-4 loans per month

Honest, reliable and transparent in your dealing with borrowers and lenders

A real client focus, delivering a high level of service

Full MFAA membership or be an Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC)

Strong relationships with lenders, borrowers and referral partners
