The Mortgage Professionals (TMP) was established in May 1998 by its 3 directors Michael Nicholson (front), Jeff Wong (right) and Michael Ryce (left).
TMP has been in business for 10 years. The company has grown from 5 mortgage brokers based in Sydney to 250 brokers operating throughout Australia.
Initially offering residential loans, the company has broadened its range to include commercial loans, personal loans, leasing and insurance products. TMP continually develops its range of lending options to meet the developing needs of its valued customers.
TMP has grown to become one of the leading mortgage broking and aggregation companies in Australia and one of the Top 10 Super Brokers in the mortgage industry.
The Mortgage Professionals name defines all those people that work for the company - mortgage industry professionals. Our professionalism has been recognised by the mortgage industry in Australia.
In March 2007, TMP was one of only three finalists for the Retail & Wholesale Aggregator of the Year Excellence Award at the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia’s (MFAA).
In August 2006, TMP won Brokerage of the Year (over 10 staff) at the Australian Mortgage Awards. We were also one of five finalists for the Brokerage of the Year (over 10 staff) in the three previous years - 2003, 2004 and 2005. None of our competitors can make the same claim. This makes TMP unique.
Visually, the TMP Brand’s symbol shows what we offer the borrower- we are the missing piece in making people’s dream of home ownership a reality.
